At Jananam Yoga, we create a nurturing space dedicated to supporting women’s health through specialized prenatal and therapeutic yoga. Our sessions focus on gentle, mindful practices that enhance strength, flexibility, breathing, and emotional well-being throughout pregnancy.

Prenatal yoga experience was amazing with Kavitha mam. I began my training while I was 9 weeks pregnant. She trains based on the body type and trimester wise that body is flexible to adapt. I was able to do complete yoga form as instructed until the day I gave birth without any major tiredness. For me it was fruitful experience which helped me deliver a girl baby with normal delivery and good baby weight. I had no leg swelling or much body weight increase hence, I would 100% recommend my trainer Kavitha mam for pregnancy yoga and I’m looking forward for my post natal yoga sessions. Thank you for being my support throughout my pregnancy journey 🙏🏼
